Thank you for shopping at Noova. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are reviewed and handed off to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping time

Noova ships internationally. Because of this, delivery typically takes between 7 and 20 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location and local customs processing. We currently ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Ireland, with more destinations added as we grow.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged on arrival. Noova is not responsible for these charges when applied; they are the responsibility of the recipient.
