Track my order
Once your order is placed, here's exactly what happens:
- Confirmation. You'll get an email as soon as your order is placed.
- Processing. Orders are prepared and handed to our shipping partner within 1–3 business days.
- Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it the whole way.
Because Noova ships internationally, transit time is typically 7–20 business days depending on your location. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, or you have any question at all about your order, contact us at our contact page and we'll look into it personally.
